Production

Production is what many people think of when they think of "making a movie." The actors work with the directors on set, production assistants run around taking coffee orders, and the director of photography works with the gaffer to get the best lighting for the next shot. Essentially, production is filming the script from all potential angles while sticking to the schedule and the budget. Once everything has been shot it’s on to post-production.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (& 2nd AD)

Track daily progress against the filming production schedule, arrange the shoot schedule, prepare the call sheets, checking cast and crew, and maintaining order on the set. Help coordinate other logistics such as coordinate rentals for parking and location. singing release forms, casting, parking maps, e-mails and communications, equipment and car rentals, catering, while searching for ways to keep the budget as low as possible with out compromising quality. Arrange duties for PA’s so we are all working as an effective team to meet the specific hourly needs of production.

SCRIPT SUPERVISOR

Oversee the continuity of the film including wardrobe, props, set dressing, hair, makeup and the actions of the actors from scene to scene. Keep notes and take pictures noting the difference between shots according to the directors comments to make editing go smoothly.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Handle main talent and extras, and taking pictures, crafty, customer service, trash sweeps, set up, and more. Working with costume sizing, shuttles, supplying crafty runs, set design, lock up the set and call out walkie talkie commands.  

VIDEO PRODUCTION

The process of producing video content for TV, home video or the internet. The phase in which captures the video content (Electronic moving images) and involves filming the subject(s) of the video

ART DEPARTMENT

Manage the project for the art department. Facilitate the production designer's creative vision for all the locations and sets, connecting with wardrobe, props and graphics while staying in the producer’s budget. Fulfilled set design and wardrobe as well.
